The Romanian agency had a great 2019, when the focus was directed at developing innovative, complete, customizable rewards management solutions, while venturing into new business lines.

In 2020, the agency continues to focus on creating new features for the incentive solutions that have been successfully implemented so far. Adding new elements to reward platforms, improving user experience and rewards mechanism, creating custom social media filters to increase brand awareness.

Create Direct started 2020 with two new clients. Lesaffre, yeast and baking solutions, and Husqvarna, the company that has brought chainsaws to a whole new level. Both clients are interested in loyalty and rewards campaigns and programs.

Other projects are taking off in 2020 with clients like REHAU, that have decided to add more rewards platforms to their portfolio. Furthermore, the agency is working on a solution that will connect buyers and sellers at the optimum stage in the buying journey.
