The first ever IDN e-Managers Meeting that took place on 23rd and 24th of April 2020 was a wonderful opportunity to gather teams from agencies across the world. With the highest number of participants and relevant topics discussed, this e-conference was a success.

The first presentation held by Jos. Birken was about what the future holds for the agency world, filled with insights and wise observations surrounding the current worldwide situation and where we are headed.

Mike Teasdale spoke about how COVID19 is fuelling the marketing transformation and presented us some interesting data on what people focused more during the lockdown, how the pandemic influenced consumer behaviour, the transition of an agency from office space to work from home and so many other useful information.

Further on, Adrian Alexandrescu from Interactions, a Romanian agency, talked about marketing technologies that can become powerful tools in building the success of a digital campaign or website.
