BRIEF
EWE – one of the biggest energy suppliers of Northern Germany – noticed that the customer satisfaction dropped significantly in 2021.
To gain favor and strengthen the customer loyalty, EWE wanted to create a high-value givewaway mailing. The target audience were
small or selfemployed businesses, which were powered with renewable energy supplied by EWE. The mailing was also supposed to
convey, that together EWE and the customers can achieve more for the environment – increasing the customer loyality.
STRATEGY:

RESULTS:
The results couldn‘t be accurately measured because there was no actual Call-To-Action for the customers. But there was very high
demand for more posters and stickers, which could be ordered for free online. The customer survey, that was followed shortly after the
mailing, also had a very good result. Especially when considering the state of customer satisfaction a few months beforehand.
