Labor law is relevant to all managers in both large and small organizations. However, the subject matter not exciting at all. Managers rather have nothing to do with it.

Publisher Reed Business provides e-learning modules on labor law. Our assignment? Create an online campaign, making the webinars appealing to the target group and increase the amount of viewers per webinar by a third.

STRATEGY

Imagine catching one of your employees stealing, seeing one of them drinking at work or calling in sick while your Facebook-timeline shows him or her to be out partying…

Labor law related incidents will always happen on moments you don’t expect them. But if they do happen, you need to be prepared. If you don’t know how to act in the heat of the moment, you risk being too late.

Our main goal for this campaign was to raise awareness within the target group that anything can happen, anytime. And how you act in to these situations, is very defining for the outcome. We worked within the theme: “Prepare yourself with knowledge”, and created the campaign: “the consequences of your choice”

In everything we do in the campaign, we confront the target audience with situations that freeze and lead to a choice:

“What would you do as a manager?”

RESULTS

Due the campaign, XpertHR increased the amount of subscriptions for the webinars by 19% and almost doubled the amount of live viewers from 45 up to 80 per webinar.
