BRIEF

The objective for the company, that initially managed centrally all the mailing activities, was to enable the centers to build their
own mailings, choosing the recipient and areas of interest, adding indipendently specific information, images and promotion to be printed on the letter. Each single center, through his own reserved area, would also be able to require information to DM GROUP up (i.e. the client data base) monitor the statistics and upload their redemption data.

STRATEGY

Analyse the centers necessity in order to build a tool, but also a work flow, the most efficient possible. The creative solutions were also very clean: our aim was to be immediate and user friendly in order to help the company in the training process.
The execution consider that each center, each month, can built is own mailing, choosing and customizing different information and
parameters, as:
The type of service requested (prospect letter or customer letter)
The area of interest and the priority to be assigned to each one
The total amount of letter to be sent
Eventual promotion
All the center information
The center MAP
The recap of the mailing sent for each month

Starting from these data, Dm Group, each month, process the whole amount of data, prints the letters and delivers the massages all togherer (to have a saving on postal costs).
The centers can see their specific delivery performances and upload their redemption data.

RESULTS

REDEMPTION (based on the average of the information collected on the portal from the vehicle inspection centers that upload data): 10%
