- The CX Company offers a range of Customer Experience services from insight, planning, staff immersion and training. Only then do we design CX moments for our client customers. Each of these services is offered from under one roof.
- The CX Company runs an annual CX survey amongst consumers using a unique CX excellence frame work. This survey gave us insights to identify the best CX performers across multiple markets. With this data we create league tables for the best performers in each market.
- We have designed our own IP in the form of a survey and analytical tool that can be used in any international market.
