In a context in which bailiffs suffer a negative and a shifted image compared to reality, develop a new 360 campaign that promotes and adds value to the modernisation of the profession by capitalizing on the new online services developed : Medicys and Credicys.
How to be listened when not considered ? That was the real question behind this brief. Indeed, even with new and useful services, no one can be listened when not considered.
The entire strategy and message have been based on (re)positioning bailiffs as partners in people’s everyday life and to put their mediation role in the heart of the message : to settle some conflicts that can be difficult to fix, bailiffs have developed Medicis and Creditys, two online services to help each one to easily solve conflicts without appeal on justice.
On the form, to enhance the impact of the campaign, some winks to actuality has been made to contextualize the message and strengthen the day to day role of the profession toward general public : the Brexit, crisis between Grece and Europe etc.
