BRIEF

Summer is a strategic period for restaurants in Paris as the capital city of France welcome many more tourists than usual.

In order to make profits from this summer touristic period, the Groupe Flo asked the agency to create an operation that could drive tourists through multiple brasseries the group owns in Paris (10 historical brasseries in Paris).

STRATEGY

The idea :
Encourage people to go through several brasseries during their trip to Paris by delivering them a Gourmet Passeport with promotional offers growing as they came to more and more brasseries.
More than 100 000 Gourmet Passeport as been delivered through brasseries and through partners like hotels, touristic places (museums, boat tours…).

RESULTS

• Visits in Brasseries since July increased by 6%
• Visits by tourists : +22%
• Average spending : +8%
