BRIEF

In Romania, during the autumn season everybody prepares the house for winter. Many people replace the old heating system. Robert Bosch – climate division want to incentivize his plumbers in order to recommend Bosch and Buderus heating units for growth the sales. The campaign has 2 objective:
– raising sales
– incentivize the plumbers (companies)

STRATEGY:

How to incentivize the plumbers? It was created an online website centralecupremii.ro (heat units with prizes).
Robert Bosch had a database with some important plumbing companies. We sent via email an invitation to plumbers to log in on the website and to upload their acquisition invoices. They had 5 levels of turnover that could be achieved. For each level they received a number of points.
The rewards: iPhone phones, iPads and Thule products.

RESULTS:

– 37% engagement rate – achieved at least the first level of turnover
– 94% of the accumulated points were spent
The promotion had a high satisfaction rate through plumbers, because we sent emails to announce them that the promotion would finish soon and they had the possibility to register the invoices.
After the promotion ended they had another week to redeem the prizes. That’s why almost everybody uses the points to redeem the prizes.
