Dialogue had a great turnout at our Champions Breakfast ‘Routes to Customer Experience Excellence’ in Dublin last week. Our speakers featured in this year’s Customer Experience report as our first CX Excellence award winners, voted by their customers.

We invited three of our CX Champions to share insights with our guests during our breakfast session, and will continue to do this with all of our champions throughout 2017 over several more breakfast sessions.

Michael Chairman of Dialogue shared our 2017 plans with our guests, speaking about the development of a new CX company to house all of our CX units under one roof. From planning and insights to training to creating CX excellence ‘moments’ for our clients around the globe

We will be delivering our next CX Masterclass in early March and our annual CXi festival will be held in April. And finally, we will be launching our new company in the second quarter of 2017.
