The German dialogue marketing agency B&F Brueggemann & Freunde and the Japanese agency Symphony Marketing want to cooperate more closely in the future. This was decided at a meeting in Tokyo by B&F Senior Creative Director Marc Schmitt and Ichiro Niwayama, CEO of Symphony Marketing.

While B&F will support the Japanese B-t-B specialists on creative issues across Europe, Symphony Marketing brings tremendous technological know-how in marketing automation and customer journeys to the collaboration.

B&F Managing Director Andreas Romanowski sees the advantages on both sides: “In the truest sense of the word, we combine the best of both worlds – our knowledge of creative techniques in customer approach will help our Japanese colleagues to design dialogue measures for their clients efficiently and successfully “Symphony Marketing works for a whole range of technology companies that are also active in Germany. The customer list includes Fujitsu, Sony or Hewlet Packard. “We benefit from the contacts and market access that Ichiro and his team have not only through their customers, but also through partnerships“. How the cooperation will affect concrete projects should become clear during the course of the year.
