Since a long time, DM GROUP manages DEKRA direct mailing activity to create visits in its maintenance centers for the car inspection and exhaust analysis.

DM GROUP developed  a tool that enables the centers to build their own mailings, choosing the recipient and areas of interest, adding independently specific information, images and promotion to be printed on the letter.

Each single center, through his own reserved area, is also able to require information to DM GROUP up (i.e. the client data base) monitor the statistics and upload their redemption data.
