Three long-standing employees of B&F were honored for their merits and loyalty during a ceremony. Andreas Romanowski (Managing Director), Marc Schmitt (Senior Creative Director) and Frank Stenert (Creative Director) started their careers at B&F in the 1990s. All three have been with the company continuously for 25 years or more.
Three amazing resumes in an industry that is becoming increasingly fast-paced and characterized by breaks and changes. Marc Schmitt said: “In more than 28 years I couldn’t complain about lack of variety, new colleagues and customers, and many exciting challenges. The only thing that remained was the way home!“
Romanowski, Schmitt ans Stenert plan to stay for further creative, conceptually strong and successful years with B&F.
